Acerca de Atendyo: AI Support Chatbot
Atendyo is an AI assistant that answers your customers on your online store and, if you connect it, on your WhatsApp Business number. It learns from your store pages, policies, PDFs and product catalog, and replies only with that information. It shows products with photo, price and stock, and order status after verifying the shopper's email and order number. When it doesn't know something, it says so, collects the shopper's contact and emails it to you. The chat says it is an AI assistant.
