If you are a Shopify store owner, I would recommend giving Zendesk a try. It is a free app to install and use for 14 days, so you can see for yourself if it is a good fit for your store.

Answering tickets has become much more seamless since using the Shopify integration. 80% of the information needed about an order/customer is right at our fingertips. If I could make any suggestion that would change this review to a 5-star review would be to add the timeline notes to the sidebar. Our reps utilize the timeline notes for any and all edits to an order.

Shopify has been an amazing tool for us and we are able to access other tools easily to become more efficient. The help we receive is prompt. There are minimal issues using Shopify. Do NOT use zendesk for website chat, sms and phone. The software interface is not user friendly and looks like it was designed 10 years ago and never updated. I installed it to find dead ends to onboarding, and a reluctant support culture that is evident. There's also a superiority complex, "we're the best!" when it is not. I deleted it after an afternoon of research and trying. Hope you have better luck than I did!
