YOYO: Loyalty, VIP, Membership

Would recommend YOYO as a loyalty program. Would highly recommend Alva has answered all my questions i had and has solved all my problems.

A good - well structured experience and feature set. The support team is super helpful - especially Adriana. She was kind and helped me through a few qinks, quickly and efficienltly. Would recommend 10/10

I ran into some issues when setting up the app for my online store. I contacted the support team. Aysan attended to me, she understood the issue and was quick to help. She was easy to speak to and response was quick. Alva also offered to jump onto a call to troubleshoot and solved the issue for me. Great app and excellent customer support service :)

Fantastic support so far! Setup looks intuitive even though you have a ton of settings. I'll get back with updates once I give it a couple of months and gather feedback.

we've been using YOYO now for a couple weeks and i have to say they are very cooperative and quick in solving our customization wishes. I am very happy with their competent support, especially Sophie is very kind. i can certainly recommend the APP if you want to implement a Loyalty Program. They are quick in support and you can customize everything.

I scheduled a help call and the team was excellent at answering all my questions. They guided me through where to find things on my Shopify store and made it very easy to learn how to set up what I was looking to do for my rewards program for my shop.
