This is the third Appstle app I have in my shop. They all work great, wonderful customer service, they help with every single detail (most important, real person helping in real time - which is priceless nowadays!!) Recommend for loyalty, subscriptions and memberships!

Great app and very easy to use.

This app works exceptionally well. There is a small learning curve but well worth the trouble. I was helped by Sam recently with an issue with a customers account and not only did he sort that out but noticed another issue unprompted and offered to fix that as well before sending me on my way.

Still the best membership app for what I need, but two main issues take it from 5 stars to 4, and may lead to me looking for alternatives soon: -Canceled members count towards your subscription tier, which for me adds up quickly. We're on the highest tier and have to regularly manually delete canceled members to avoid paying a an even higher amount. -Once a member cancels, their rewards/tiers a...

Since the billing cycle issue was fixed everything has been pretty smooth operating. Customer service has always been helpful also, which is important!

Yatz helped us to fix issues and offered more helps than we can ask for! 5 stars tech support and customer service! Highly recommended! And the app is easy to use and worked as it intended after a few adjustments. Just ask for help when you can't figured out by yourself!
