This app is causing fraudulent activity on my website. Criminals are utilizing it to test credit card information and in turn I’m being charged for the cancellations/refunds. Either the app or Shopify need to add parameters to prevent this for now I have uninstalled the app.

This company charges a fee for insurance but when the customer filed a claim, this company refunded the customer and did not cover the cost. The money was taken from my business.
