It’s okay but when trying to cancel it makes it extremely hard. I deinstalled the app wanting to stop it, and got an email that it will automatically bill me due to maxing the amount of subscribers. Logging it to cancel the account it so challenging and I still don’t know if it’s cancelled properly.

removed klaviyo because too expensive. Removing it has damaged my code and now shopify team are having to work to fix the problems. Avoid klaviyo like the plague!

The platform functionality might be powerful, but the user experience is incredibly frustrating. When encountering technical issues with dynamic variables in templates, there is absolutely no way to get basic support unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
