I have found this app very easy to use, and the support service is really responsive as well. Every time I've had a question, I've found it in their extensive Help log OR gotten a quick and thorough response from their support team. Thank you Seal Subscriptions!

Useless app, just like Shopify's own app. You can't set quantities. If you create two plans (delivery every 3 or 6 months, etc.), it always uses the price for 1 item as a reference for the discounted price. This means that the customer would receive 1 product every 3 months, not 3.

Horrible customer service, if you can call it that. It takes 24+ hours because they are in the UK and I'm in the US, for one. They have no one else offering help if not in UK hours. The general reply is that there is a video to figure it out, or it's Shopify's fault, and it doesn't do that. There is no willingness to help figure anything out, and the attitude is horrible. They do not serve the cus...

Very easy to use subscription software. Allows easy customization of subscription delivery schedules and it just works.

This is a very simple app and easy to use. It works well with Shopify. No issues so far. It has been very good for our business
