Amazing customer service. Julia is above and beyond. This is what is needed to keep apps alive. We can basically create most with AI now, but if the app is cheap and customisable, even with own vibe coding making it difficult, then I stay. And I stay. Most apps I delete now. Easysize do not operate in good faith. Disappointed with how EasySize handles billing. We escalated beyond support and still got nowhere. For a tool aimed at Shopify businesses, the customer care around renewals is a real red flag. Would not recommend based on our experience. Save yourself and don’t touch this app. I've now seen other reviews relating to the same thing. Wish I saw this beforehand....
