The best chargeback mitigation app I've used to date. Genuine team that addresses and resolves your concerns, answers quickly, and doesn't feel like a corporate AI chatbot when you speak to them. Enrollment was quick and easy, they guide you through everything. Better rates than competitor apps as well. 5/5

really good staff always helping me out, i win most of my chargebacks to be honest looks like they have a really good system in place. it seems the people who are complaining might be slightly sensetive.

honestly thought this was gonna be another overhyped service that doesn't deliver. i was wrong. setup was straightforward, support actually responds fast, and the alerts work. not much else to say, it just does what it's supposed to do.

I got charged for the same chargeback twice despite having automatic refunds set up. Support walked me through how my account should actually be configured, and once I explained the full situation, they refunded one of the chargebacks and showed me how to protect myself from it happening again. Genuinely hadn't experienced that kind of support in a long time.

Incredible service, they have reduced our chargeback ratio within a week of having it installed. Support team answered all my questions about Visa Vamp and helped me setup proper protection and gave me super valuable advice on how to reduce our VAMP ratio. Would recommend.

We had a falling out with another alert company after they accidentally unenrolled our ETHOCA alerts, spiking our chargebacks. Kapil at Disputely however was able to figure out a way to get our ETHOCA alerts re-enrolled while the other company said they had to wait for email responses. Love their system to prevent from being billed for duplicate alerts. Great service and the best RDR, CDRN & ETHOCA rates. Without them I probably wouldnt have payment processing right now.

Really good experience with Disputely so far, they catch alerts very early and it saves a lot of headache later. Extremely disappointed with how Disputely handles ETHOCA alerts. The entire purpose of ETHOCA notifications is to prevent chargebacks by alerting merchants early so the issue can be resolved before a dispute is filed. Probably the worst app to use if you want to actually fight AND prevent chargebacks. Everyone working there is slow to respond, slow to solve issues, and don't care. Tried other dispute and chargeback prevention softwares and had problems with them mapping alerts. This is the only company so far that went out of there way to reach out to us when they saw our alerts where not setup properly and made sure our store was properly protected.
