This app is highly unreliable for tracking fraudulent orders. It often approves fraudulent orders and its screening process lacks coherence. We've encountered numerous chargebacks from orders greenlit by them. Their lack of accountability is concerning—they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. It's puzzling how a company named "No Fraud" struggles to properly screen fraudulent orders.

This app does not even work after installation. I keep getting this error when signing up for an account: You had some validation errors Phone Number is invalid There's not even any option to input a phone number during registration, so I can't even set up an account. What a waste of time

Deleting app. Too many orders approved by this company eventually come back as fraudulent.

I would not recommend, to many issues to get setup. Install script on all your pages what I think is to invasive to customer.

I do not recommend this application. I just got a bill for more that $3K. They lock you into a long term contact and the service is of low value, in our experience. It cost me $11K+ over a year’s time . I asked to cancel several times because I didn’t want to keep throwing my money away. And they refused. Bad customer support. Basically thieves.

This app doesn't apply to small businesses. You wouldn't know that unless you install the app and try to enable the chargeback feature. (NoFraud requires a minimum of $50,000 in monthly processing volume for chargeback protection eligibility.) This equals out to $600,000.00 annually. I think this information should be available before people install your app.
