Discount Genie: Discount Codes

The app is very useful and allows us to use discounts that are impossible to manage with native Dhopify functions. Support is fast, patient, and very helpful. Great customer support experience.

The app works perfectly, significantly improves upon the native Shopify discount environment with a ton of amazing features. The development team was also extremely quick and responsive, and worked diligently and hard to make my experience as smooth and painless as possible. I recommend this app (and its support team) full-heartedly to anyone who needs more from Shopify's discount functionalities

Super helpful and flexible app with incredible support! 5 stars all the way!!!

Aaron and Andres have been extremely helpful providing numerous video tutorials and thinking with me on how to solve the challenges I had. I am extremely satisfied!

Absolutely amazing support – I honestly don’t even know where to start! From the very first moment, the team responded incredibly fast and was immediately there to help. Not only did they reply right away, but they also provided a clear and effective solution straight away. On top of that, they took the time to explain everything in detail and guided me through the whole process step by step. You...

Discount Genie is an amazing app and an even more impressive support and development organization. We have an (apparently) complex standard discounting scenario. Once I realized that it couldn't be accomplished natively in Shopify I spent weeks going through demo after demo with apps that ultimately couldn't meet our needs. After one inquiry to Shopstack they quickly arranged a call and not only...

Great interaction with Cust Service Rep, Aaron. Had a complex discount issue other apps couldn't see to work. This one see to be the one. So far so good!

Incredible app, have used a number of discount apps in the past. This is the most user friendly and support is incredible (& freindly). Not that I expect it....but support was even incredible on the weekend!

Incredible customer service from Discount Genie. I had a complicated promotion and needed immediate help, and their team walked me through every step to make sure everything worked correctly. They truly made me feel like a priority. I would definitely recommend them.

The plugin works flawlessly. but the best thing about them is the support. They are extremely responsive and even added 2 whole new features for us! Really saved our butts with the new features and solving our issue. 100% these guys know what they are doing!

Excellent customer service, very quick response!

Love this app!

Amazing app! We were able to utilize some of these unique discount setups to propel our Black Friday Cyber Monday campaign to record numbers. Support is top-notch, went above and beyond to help us.

Very comprehensive feature set that can handle multiple discount types with complex scenarios. The Discount Groups help us work around Shopify limitations with concurrent discount offers and the property-based qualifiers open up even more possibilities. Support from Aaron and team has also been top notch!

Helps with many custom discount settings with multiple rule setting. Support team also is super responsive & helps a lot!

Excellent app and the product support is fantastic!

Really impressed with the support team for this app. App has a clean and well designed interface and doesn't try to shill tons of other features like other competitors do.

This app is fantastic, and the support team is truly outstanding! They went above and beyond to set up a custom solution for our needs, and everything works beautifully with minimal hassle.

This app has been awesome for us! It's opened up discount opportunities without the heavy lift of custom development and really saved us a ton of money! Highly recommend Discount Genie!
