Dela was an absolute delight to work with. Knowledgeable, efficient and effective. Thank you Dela!

Super product and support service. Sam was excellent! Super friendly and helpful. What a bright person and what a good system. I am overall impressed with how much functionality is packed in this app and how easy it is to use.

Pearl was incredibly helpful in getting my sale campaigns working together properly. She took the time to understand what I wanted to accomplish, handled the setup for me, and explained everything clearly along the way. She also made sure I understood how to avoid the same issues in the future. I really appreciated her patience, thoroughness, and willingness to do the work to get things sorted out...

Useful app. Great service from Mason, thank you

Looking at different products which would achieve the end goal for our business of applying volume discount on a product. Once I installed the Discounty: Sale & Discount app, Dela from support reached out to offer guidance. Dela took the time to understand what I was trying to do and made a draft of a test campaign to demonstrate. I'm impressed with the support.

Sam helped me today, they were responsive, patient and helpful. Thank you

A COMPLETELY USELESS APP! It is honestly hard to understand how this app has received so many 5-star reviews. For anyone considering installing Discounty, I’m sharing my actual conversation with their support team below. My message to Sarah: Hi Sarah! I created a 25% off Bulk Price Editor campaign for my entire store. The campaign shows as Active and says 207 discounted variants, but the disco...

Half-baked software – Wasted hours with support I installed and used this app for 3 days. My verdict: the software is completely half-baked. I only created 2 fairly simple campaigns, and in both cases, I had to spend hours chatting with support just to get basic features to work. Even the most fundamental elements (like proper text display) had to be manually fixed by their team for my store. For...

Can't choose a plan. "Chat with us" doesn't work. Tried to create a discount, it told me I needed to upgrade but provided no options or the ability to upgrade. Crap, crap and more crap.

doesnt work for me

If you want to offer massive discounts, you must double-check that you don't have any active discounts, because the customer can duplicate them. Also, once the campaign is created, it cannot be paused. Furthermore, I uninstalled the app and it still affected product prices. Be very careful when installing this app; it's very intrusive.
— Pitaya Joyería
Scheduled campaign failed to apply. Support don't reply.
— Bossco Auto 4x4 Accessories
Wouldn't let me use the app because they claim my site sells alcohol, which it does not. Then they claimed well it's alcohol intent. Whatever. I can't sell Wine glasses? Useless. Find a better app

Pearl was really helpful in helping me get set up. Thank you Pearl!
