We’ve had such a great experience with Digitally! What really stood out to us was how much they genuinely cared about making things work for us. Their customer service has been amazing, and they didn’t just give us the usual “support” — they actually took the time to understand our digital products and customize the app to suit our needs. The owner even personally stepped in and went above and be...

Takes some time to get to know the functionality, but if you understand it works fine

— CEREBRO

The app is easy to navigate and customer support is very responsive.

— Jesus Teaches Money

Yes! This app does more than what others do, and in a lot of ways it makes more sense. Plus the support is excellent! I find that there is a learning curve with almost every new shopify app I find, so at first this one felt quirky, but I looked at every other digital delivery app on the market and settled on this one for a reason. Price / Features / Support. this is a 5 star app!

— Chaos Tones

Amazing app, works just how it should, and the support is very helpful!

— Cubavisa.net

Amazing app and customer service. Got an answer in 1 minute and fixed in real time :) ! I recommend

— Girl Power Supplements

I am new but so far it has been easy to follow the instructions. As I learn more and more I am looking forward to creating digital products for my community of creatives.

This product met most of our needs out of the box. Unfortunately, we started using it right at our busiest time of the year. Which means we didn't really have time to test it thoroughly. However, when we encountered our first problem, I reached out to support. Not only did they respond quickly, they also found and implemented a solution right away. They even went back and fixed a few things from...

Excellent support, I am really happy with the app and the developer(s). We had some extra needs (printing a qr-code generated from the license-file on a pdf that is being delivered with the order). When I mentioned it, the developer instantly started developing the feature for us and delivered it within a week. With no extra costs. Service: 5 Stars Communication: 5 Stars App: 5 Stars

At first this app was great but over the past 6 months is up and down, causing you to have to fulfill orders manually. For a paid app, I'm not amused and I don't like when my customers get an "error 500" message. Working on moving all my products to Shopify's Digital Products app, it's free! Very disappointed.

— Vintage Press Studio

Great and professional looking template options. Unfortunately managing license codes is very buggy and it's not possible to see how many codes are left or which codes have already been used.

— Handcrafted Audio

Lo utilicé para números de lotería y funciona pésimo. Genera números duplicados, no asigna bien los números cuando las órdenes tienen más de un ticket, etc. Mis clientes quedaron decepcionados.

— RIFO MI TESLA

Only errors. eMail for the download link comes only after minutes, the sender address is not the one from the store, the link in the eMail to download the pdf file leads to an error page - junk

— alarm-laden.de

I don't see an option to add files to my variants. Every time I go to add files to a product it wants add files to the whole product. It won't even recognize my variants.

It's the weekend and I installed this app. I need to fulfill orders by sending a link and a photo. But there are no help docs! None! At least I can't find them. I sent a help request and got a message back that there is no one around to help! I need are some kind of instructional docs or FAQ page! I can't wait until Monday because I have several orders to fulfill today! Uninstalling this app as so...
