Digital Downloads ‑ Fileflare

Great app for sellers of digital products. Easy to set up and sync, files are kept totally safe and support is outstanding. No point using any other digital download app. Highly recommend.

Reliable digital delivery that works great with our own Cloudflare R2 storage. Support was outstanding: Ian helped us consolidate two storage folders, checked every file before switching, caught a few missing files, and kept all existing orders and download links working. Thorough, fast and friendly. Highly recommended.

super great, awesome customer service, been using them for years now

I tried other apps like this before trying Fileflare. Once, I found this one, I was hooked! It is so easy to use, and always, if I have any questions-Ian answers them and gives me clear instructions on how to proceed. The results are always exactly what I wanted. Try Fileflare before you try any of the others! Excellent support and a very useful app. Fileflare has worked very well with my Shopif...

We've been using Fileflare for a few years - very stable, no issues, support's got your back. Would recommend.

Polecam aplikację. Wszystko działa bez problemu, a w razie dodatkowych potrzeb ekipa szybko i sprawnie reaguje!

I run a very small home-based business selling a niche book of railway maps. I needed a way to distribute PDF versions to my customers at an affordable price and after trying several others, I found Fileflare was the best tool for the job. Even the lowest-cost tier offers me the flexibility to run my little shop effectively. Customer service is exactly what it should be, too. If it works this we...

Using Fileflare for a short time but it works well. It was easy to upload our digital products even though one of them had 97 audio tracks and a large PDF document. We did a test purchase to a mobile phone and it went smoothly. The audio tracks downloaded directly on an iPhone with no other apps needed and we could play them directly from the files folder on the phone. Highly recommend Fileflare f...

This is a great app to get pdf downloads out to customers efficiently. Highly recommended.

Excellent support and a very useful app. Fileflare has worked very well with my Shopify store, and the support has been outstanding. Ian has taken the time to understand my particular setup and what I’m trying to accomplish with both retail ebooks and institutional resources. He has answered my questions clearly, followed up with helpful information, and never pressured me to change settings befor...

Just dealt with Ian and he was a huge help. I am so thankful for his expertise. He knew exactly what to do to solve my issue. It's working great- thanks again!!

This is now an updated review, Ian at Fileflare gave me EXCELLENT customer service, fixed the issue I had and was so patient with my delayed email responses. He's a credit to the team, and I'd recommend the service.

They always get back to me quickly and are very solution-oriented. I definitely recommend them. The app is also very easy to use. They don’t impose download limits either; you simply choose a plan based on the file size. I did a lot of research for my digital products, and I haven’t seen another app that offers this much flexibility. I was looking for a secure app without download limits for my o...
