I had so far a very negative experience. First of all, it is way more expensive than you initially think it is. You need to pay for the Self-Service add-on. Because without it, you can't effectively use the live chat and pop-up. While with other customer support tools, this is normally included for free. Absolute worst app I've ever used. Does NOT work. Was stuck in the setup phase and it would never load past + I was charged $129 for this useless app and cannot log in to get any sort of customer service.

I do not believe any of these reviews are real. The support does pretty much nothing and will just tell you they are "working on it" for weeks. The app also doesn't fully work and there are loads of issues I found in the first week.
