The best AI Chat on Shopify and the support (Mohammedreza specifically) is phenomenal - I love that for each use case in the customer journey, we can use Convi to provide a solution to our customers.

We are a newly formed business. On our research to find an Ai Chatbot for we found Convi. We started with a Free Plan and from the get go the support and service was excellent. Dela has been amazing and so willing to help. (Shout out to Dela). They customised the look to be based on our brand and assisted us with knowledge base for FAQ's. Really Great app, Very high Value great minimalist design and very responsive customer support

Very easy to use. We installed the app and set it up within a few minutes. We plan to keep using Convi to monitor the results and responses. I'll update this review later.
