We have set up two campaigns with this app so far and they have been working smoothly - when we encountered an issue, the customer service team were super helpful in figuring out the problem, and talking us through the solution.

I am using a free plan at the moment and it already has a lot of features, and the app seems to be growing. Very responsive customer service!

I only used the preorder function of this app, but it worked perfectly! Was super easy to setup, especially with the help of the lovely team member through message support, who even suggested customizations so it looked better on my website. Will definitely be using again when taking preorders!

Getting a preorder app with unlimited preorders was important to me. I ended up signing up for a free trail for a basic plan, but it is 100% worth it. It is affordable also! What really sold me is PeppyDucks customer service. They helped me in real time configuring my settings to ensure I am all set up for my preorders. The app is super easy to use. Thank you all!!

Amazing app, lets you set up pre-orders in just a few clicks. It has unlimited pre-orders as well and also tags your orders so you know which are pre-orders. When i needed questions answered, Tanya replied in minutes and was so helpful. I would recommend this app to everyone.

Have been using the app for a while now and works really well and defiantly encourages purchases. We wanted some custom coding doing to make the email template match our brand style. it was all done within a couple of days. Excellent work!

Would 100% recommend! Tried another very highly rated pre-order app and was disappointed when we realised we had to pay a monthly subscription so we tried this instead and it's fantastic! Customer Service was 10/10 and the app works perfectly in our online store.
