I just got the app, but with already setting up the parts that are not stocked and a 3-5 day wait time, let alone the items out of stock to have them set to pre-order, this is going to be SO HELPFUL. The customer support team has already been great to deal with as well. Was having a plug-in issue with our website theme and they fixed it very quickly.

Added the Preorder to some products with the button not displaying correctly and Support had it fixed within minutes even though it was a Sunday! Great Support!

Easy to setup with a lot of customizable features and settings even on the free plan which I appreciate being a small business! It has a clean look on my website and also syncs with my mobile app, which has been great!

I reached out via the Stoq Chat in the shopify store as I changed a setting and disabled my pre-order button. Momna was exceptional. She not only fixed MY mistake, she also helped me with an error that was occurring in my cart that was related to the theme settings and something in the CSS. She went over and above saving me so much time and worry. I cannot thank her enough!

A really easy to use and set up app. Where there was a need for customisation beyond what I was capable of, customer support (Amna) resolved it in minutes. Highly recommend.

I’ve only been using STOQ for a few days but as a business that does both pre-orders and regular orders, this was the perfect app to add to my store! The set up was smooth and easy, the check list they have built in walks you through the steps and they have a chat AI specifically for their app and when I ran into an issue, it was able to tell me what the issue was and I got it fixed within minutes...
