Most issues are only very simple things, so by checking your mass's in Shopify and volumes in Addition, you can rule out most issues. Otherwise it's most probably getting the packaging correct for the dimensions of the item's you're sending. My advice is make the mass reasonably large, so...

Thankyou to the support team for their fast response. We had a problem making labels, but within 10 minutes we had a technician looking into the problem. Resolved within 20minutes. Very happy customer!

We've been using the Addition app for several years and have rarely experienced any issues. A few weeks ago, we encountered a problem where our shipping rates were no longer displaying correctly.
