Many of my orders have not been shipped, but the status remains "pending". Even the orders that have been shipped have constant problems. Quality control is completely useless. They do not follow the specifications and quality standards at all, which has caused me to lose a lot of money. So I have completely cut off cooperation with them.

The shipping efficiency was extremely low, the waiting period was too long, and there were numerous problems when multiple items were ordered together. Not only were the shipments frequently delayed, but there were also frequent instances of incorrect shipments. The overall was extremely disappointing.

Terrible fulfilment service. Constant mistakes and quality control issues. Do not follow SOPs on specs or quality. Their latest mess up cost me $1000s so I cut them off. Avoid them if you care about your brand.

I initially thought the affordable price would reduce costs, but the overall service was extremely poor. Shipping was slow, order processing was incredibly inefficient, logistics information was consistently stagnant and unupdated, making tracking impossible and resulting in a terrible experience.
