Acerca de AE Plus: Order Edit & Cancel
AE Plus lets customers edit and cancel their own orders after checkout, without contacting your support team. Shoppers can update shipping addresses, change variants, and adjust quantities directly from the order status page. When a customer wants to cancel, AE Plus offers store credit or suggests an alternative product to retain the sale. Merchants set the editing window, customize cancellation reasons, and review every change in a real-time activity feed.
