Acerca de Zenith Post Purchase Survey
Zenith adds a survey to your order confirmation and order status pages to learn how customers found your store. Up to 50 questions: multiple choice, multi-select, rating scale, star rating, faces, or open text, shown one at a time. NPS, CSAT and CES are built-in presets. Show follow-ups based on answers and target new or returning buyers. Start from 27 templates, or reward completions with a discount code you already have. Attribute answers to order revenue and export to CSV. No code needed.
