I had an unexpected billing issue and reached out to Zendrop support. Mariane from the support team was fantastic — she reviewed my account quickly, issued a full refund of every charge, and confirmed my plan was canceled so there'd be no further billing. Clear communication, fast turnaround, and she genuinely resolved the problem. Really appreciated the help.

This is an edit of a previous 3-star rating I gave Zendrop. They responded to my previous review asking what they could do. After explaining about the test orders that had not been delivered, they refunded my payments for them. They have shown they really do have great customer service. I also took a 5-day video course through them and learned a lot of helpful tips and how to made ads with AI, etc...

Be very careful with Zendrop. I had some issues with prices not changing after being saved. As a potential fix, I was advised to unlink products. This created massive issues and I had to start from scratch. They were wrong but rather than help me fix it they continued to create a story that they were right. I just wanted to fix my store. It wasn't normal customer service behaviour.

Why are they still charging me even though I no longer use their Zendrop platform and have removed the product link? You're a real scammer. You've been charging me money for three months and I have noticed it by then. You have to give it back!

That the Ai associated can take you on goose chases, may not recognize the exact info on a screen that you're working on, that there isn't a stepped process for integration and there are lots of costs that accumulate as you go

It’s definitely challenging to compete when the product pricing is significantly higher than what customers can find elsewhere. Whenever I find an item I’m interested in selling, I do a Google search to compare pricing, and I often see competitors offering the same or very similar products for 20–30% less. That makes it difficult to price competitively while still maintaining a reasonable margin....
