This app hijacked my live store's active theme without my consent. Immediately after installation, Zendrop published its own demo theme and deactivated the theme I was actively running — on a live store with paid ad traffic pointing at it. The subscription was activated by mistake and I never used the service. I contacted support to cancel the undue bill, but they refused to cooperate, which resulted in my store being shut down.

Taking a minute to make people aware that these are probably fake reviews. The "wholesale" price you'd pay for most of these items are $5-$10 higher than retail prices anywhere else on the internet (like amazon and walmart). And you still have to add your margin and shipping costs. Plus there is a $29-$79 monthly app fee. I'm not really sure what niche would benefit from this site. Added after...

I just had the worst experience , Zendrop changed my theme to one of theirs without asking…and it remained after uninstalling the app i wanted to cancel the plan not to get charged, couldn’t get to it no matter what . Tried to deactivate the account , the button wasn’t there as the help documents suggested. It took 10 emails back and forth with support for the simple request of cancelling the bill...

I didn't use this app becouse they didnt allow me to check product, price and user interface before paying their monthly fees. Be very careful with Zendrop. I had some issues with prices not changing after being saved. As a potential fix, I was advised to unlink products. This created massive issues and I had to start from scratch. They were wrong but rather than help me fix it they continued to create a story that they were right. I just wanted to fix my store. It wasn't normal customer service behaviour.
