I just started using this app, and encountered some minor issues. I have to say the live chat support is magnificent. I am always of the thought that an app may experience issue(s), and that's fine, but it's the support (live chat as opposed to raising tickets/sending emails) that makes me decide if I should take the leap. The app has many options to work with which we love. The customer service reps, Zach and Maria have been very responsive. We had an issue adding a product to the shopping cart once we added the Zapiet widget, but the team was able to create a fix and get us up and running in about a week.
