At the time, I was on a trial period, so I would have paid (even a high price!), so there was no refund. I was able to configure the multi-pixel settings without any issues, and CAPI is running smoothly. When a diagnostic alert appeared in the Event Manager, I contacted support and they checked and resolved the issue on the same day. Their response was quick and precise, which was a great help.
