Great customer service and have sent replacement or refunds for any items that showed up unsatisfactory. I make sure to tell my customers up front how long their order may take as some were 3 to 4 weeks. They can decide if they want to wait that long. Items I've gotten are great quality. Excited to use them for some more items.

Very responsive team. I have yet to see product quality. They are on the way Just got the products and the quality is excellent. However the polyester fabric they used for one of the shirts is heavy and better suited for jackets.

I started using Yoycol to add all-over print tees and hoodies to my shop and it was easy to add designs with the mockup editor. Products feel good quality and orders go out without me handling inventory. Shipping took longer than i thought once, but customers still liked the items.

Their print quality vs the artwork sent was 100% different. the print quality of the graphics on the shirts I received was blurry and very distorted. It's challenging to get orders to sync from shopify. Even using manual sync. I've tried deleting a product from my site and re-pushing from Yoycol, it's still won't recognize orders.

Unprofessional and Scam. they package things very purly, stuff arrives in wrong sizes, damaged, 6 -8 weeks later and sometimes not at all. The customer service is chines and not helpful at all. yoycol messed up an important order and harmed my business. they also let me pay for items that were never shipped and refuse to pay that back. Stay away from this chinese fraud!!!

Do not use this app. I have an order that has been 22 days in "production" and have send every day of the last 12 days messages but they do not help you or follow-up. They are still not willing to refund my order. Please avoid at all cost or have extremely unreliable production with no help from their customer service.

Products are good. Building custom products is easy. Shopify integration seems to suck. Every single order that comes through needs manual payment authorization in Yoycol. Shopify collects payment but it doesn't pass it through to Yoycol. That's painful. That may end up being a deal killer for us...and maybe you, too.
