Xyla is easy to use and has helped me create product posts and videos for my social media. I like that it connects with Shopify, Pinterest and Facebook, and the Review First option gives me control before anything is published. I’m still learning the app, but so far it has been helpful for creating content for my business.

I am a graphic t shirt designer. I have used other apps in the past. This is the first one that actually displayed my shirts correctly. The designs were identical and the text. Charged me £212, despite me asking to cancel and that I don't use the app! the App, I used 1 time. It gave me really poor, unproportionate and images I could not use. I asked to cancel, yet they still charged me. AVOID!

SCAMMERS! this app will leave unwanted codes and java scripts on your page causing conflict in checkout and product pages, it slows your page down raising your INP level, no support email no form of contact, STAY AWAY!

Currently if you are not using the highest paid level they stopped sending to Tik Tok. There was no notification of this, I only found out when I noticed they were no longer showing up there. If this is how the company operates I definitely do not want to continue to use it.

I could not complete the setup because it couldn't link to my social media pages. They charged me before I could even complete the setup. I asked for a refund. I received no response from them.

I cancelled my subscription on January 23, 2026, yet I was still charged again on January 29. I’ve emailed multiple times and received no response. This charge was unauthorized, and I’ve now had to dispute it with my bank. Very disappointing experience, especially since I was considering using the service again in the future. Poor billing practices and lack of customer support.
