I find the app frustrating and buggy. I also have to have two versions, one for shopify sync to xero and another for ebay to xero. Both work differently, both say they do both, but don't. Support is pretty average and I couldn't get actual help when I asked. Anyway, not impressed with spending a monthly fee for something that only just works. I would probably give it 0 stars if I could. We seemed to get off to a good start but the amount of double ups in invoices and journal entries was insane. The lack of ability to update settings without contacting support was also terrible.
