I don't know about this app !! it would not load and I had a pop up blocking it. I suspect its not ok and it does appear from reading other reviews that thier customer service isn't ok so I uninstalled it.

HORRIBLE! IT DEFACED MY STORE! When I uninstalled I follwed the instructions to remove their two files from the code. Simple: find and click the trash can. Now the app has a big error code spilled all over my product pages!!! I am in the middle of a big product launch and they have ruined it!!!! UGH. Still waiting for a response from the developer. Reinstalling it did not work. :'(

After uploading the pictures of gift wrap options, the pictures break down within 1-2 hours. it is constantly necessary to upload them again. I sent an e-mail to the technical team several times, but I still haven't received a response. Unfortunately, it doesn't work when I need it the most.

A simple app that has additional options should you need them with different payment tiers for your needs - we're pretty simple and there are still several ways to customize and it works perfectly for our site.
