Create message templates inside the app, get them approved by Meta, and trigger automated messages when orders are placed, fulfilled, cancelled, partially fulfilled, or refunded. Customers receive updates directly from your verified WhatsApp Business number. All messaging is handled through your own connected Meta account with no middleman involved.
