Our search and matching algorithms use the latest in machine learning technologies to search the internet for customers of new orders on your store. We tag the order if the customer is someone you might want to ensure gets special treatment or someone who you just might want to keep an eye on their order to make sure it goes smoothly. We tag these orders for you and you're able to browse a convenient searchable list from the app dashboard.The app triggers a match when the customer is someone famous enough to have key pages about them on the internet, such as actors, politicians, etc. You'll be able to access a Wikipedia page about the person through the app dashboard in most cases.Customize tagFor added flexibility, you can customize the name of the tag the app uses on orders it detects as being from VIPs.Protect your customer dataWe know your customers data and their privacy is one of the most important requirements for a shop to succeed.
