vidaXL Dropshipping by Woosa

So far, everything is working as expected and does what it claims. Updates are slightly slow. Unfortunately, we’ve had to stop selling VidaXL due to changes in their return policies.

Have been very happy with both the app and the support. Considering the cost is very low compared to other similar apps I think we get a lot of value. The questions we have had have been answered in a timely manner, and Woosa have been very helpful.

If you're considering installing the app, don't. I've already imported 15,000 products, and most of them are out of stock. Some even show stock levels of more than 50. This isn't a new problem. I'll update my review once this issue is resolved. Be cautious and don't risk damaging your website.

I agree with the previous 5 star review, easy to use and organise. I didnt find any duplicated listings after merging my shopify with vidaxl. Yes, it can look like duplicated but the app just separating the same products by size or color and I think its good. Makes life easier. If you want to keep these products under one listing... stop crying and do it yourself. At least you will realize how man...

Very easy to use. I don't understand why people are complaining, instructions are clear and easy. You don't have to have a big knowledge to work with this app.

Inmiddels met verschillende applicaties gewerkt, maar deze toch wel eenvoudig en super in gebruik! Andere apps nemen de feed niet zo goed over als deze. Contact met Jessica is ook vlot :) 5 sterren van ons!

I'm testing this application, but I can't figure out the categories. It is unreal to show product categories in Shopify. The application imports them as product types. It is very annoying . I can't get the items out and show them in my shop. Only by creating a collection can I show the products in the store. But when there are 150 thousand + products, how can this be done? App geprobeerd en nog steeds aan het proberen. Een app zonder uitleg kan nooit hoger dan 3 sterren scoren uiteraard, alleen doe ik er nog een ster vanaf omdat de app je alle producten laat toevoegen, maar ze niet samenvoegt. Zo heb ik lekker 7 pagina's vol met 1 en hetzelfde bed in 3249873245892 verschillende formaten en kleuren. Elke andere dropship import app die ik heb gebruikt, sorteert bijvoo...

EDIT: After a full week of using the app I must say it is definitely worth the money. Not only is it a great workaround for the 15mb csv file limit, it also lets you choose which categories you need. Imagine if you had to figure that out in a csv file without messing up the formatting. One small thing though: I hope you'll make the product upload go faster in the future :)

I think this app is good. After reading all the bad reviews; I was sceptical. However; if you take your time to understand the app; and use the customer support when needed; you will handle this app without problem in no time. The customer support is helpful. The support replies within the timeframe expected. I recommend that you make a instructional video similar to what you offer WooCommerce use...

Prima app bij het synchroniseren van meer dan 50.000 producten komen nou eenmaal bugs voor, echter tot nu toe tevreden over de synchronisatie. Verder is het misschien handig om nog een gedetailleerde handleiding toe te voegen

De app werkt prima, ik kan me dan ook niet vinden in vele negatieve recensies. Ja de app is zeer eenvoudig opgezet, maar dat heeft dan ook zijn voordelen. Enkel 1 jammer punt, wij verzenden naar Belgie en Nederland, enkel kunnen we niet voor BE de orders automatisch synchroniseren, enkel voor Nederland. Mogelijk is daar een oplossing voor?
