Using TYDAL Popups you can expand your audience by encouraging your visitors and customers to subscribe to your marketing list. You can customize the discount and pop up window any way you like, with our easy to use design style editor. Choose when and where your popup displays displays on your store using the form display rules settings. After a customer submits their email, the opt-ins are automatically added directly to your Shopify customer list for you to use in your email marketing. I can no longer speak to a human at this company - I suspect they have shut down and have programmed their AI bot to close the chat when a conversation with a human agent is requested. No emails are answered, I can only attempt this to get some attention in the hope it resolves my issue - if not then the review will stand and the apps will be replaced by another company.

The customer service is horrible. I hate that stupid little AI bot they have. Every time I try to ask for customer service it automatically ends the conversation.

its hard to imagine that after 2 years these people at Rivo are still telling people that integration with FLOW will be fixed.
