TxtCart has been a great addition to our store. The AI-driven SMS flows recover abandoned carts with almost no setup on our end, and the messages read like a real person wrote them. Terrible company. They advertise $29 a month and rack up hidden fees. Most of these "reviews" you see are THEM asking us to leave a good review. I was charged over $300 when it was advertised no hidden fees, no BS. i disputed them with my bank and reported them to shopify. BEWARE, they scam you and then tell you, you can't get a refund

Had to uninstall the app after YEARS using them when they were a little fish in the pond. Our store was completely offline for two months due to unforseen reasons. They tried to bill us (for sending people into the ether..no store online, nowhere for customers to go..seriously!) As a long time shopify merchant i am warning you PLEASE make sure you see all other sms options BEFORE you install...
