After using the app for over four years, I can confidently say that almost any other loyalty program on Shopify offers better functionality, more modern features, and more transparent pricing. Gives 10 points for every dollar so using their settings you are giving away $5 for every $20 spent and you can’t change it on the free plan. What you can do is change the amount you give for rewards but you can’t change the other settings so you could change so $5 for every $100 spent but then a review would only give them $0.50 for example so it just doesn’t make sense and their customer service...

Don't download this app unless you're willing to pay the high fee. They list "FREE" on the Shopify app store and then present you with high fees after they have access to your ENTIRE Shopify STORE DATA. This app is likely fine if you have low sales and a small customer database.
