Cart Terms Checkbox lets merchants add a mandatory terms and privacy policy checkbox to the cart page. The app prevents customers from proceeding to checkout until consent is given. Text and links can be edited directly in the Shopify Theme Editor, with no coding required. This helps stores meet legal consent requirements without access to Shopify Plus or checkout customization.
