Tracking works fine, but the app is missing a pretty basic feature. It doesn't transmit the delivery status to Shopify, which makes no sense since the app already has that info. I reached out to support, and they said, "it's not part of our app's scope" and refused to implement it. That's disappointing since this is a standard feature for any tracking app.

Just installed this app so I haven't actually used it yet for ongoing orders but while setting up I contacted support about tracking page customization and was quickly helped by Vincent. Good features even if just on the free plan. Fast and reliable CS which is a rarity nowadays!
