first of all, im surprised the app works after so many bad reviews. I was questioning downloading a 2.1 rating app, but I did, and to be honest - it does what it needs to. Only problem is I'd like to scan to visit website, or specific page within your shopify website, not one singular product.

There is no way to bulk create a product code with multiple variants and there is also no way to bulk download/print codes. Very manual as you have to create and download one product/variant at a time. Very time consuming if you have more than a few products especially if those products have variants. Analytic links have 404's. All you really get is the number of scans printed in the link of the record itself. We need to view conversions and that resolves to a 404 error as well.
