Shipping Rates Rules & Zones

Great app, we needed better control of shipping costs to certain UK zones such as Scottish Highlands, Isle Of Wight etc. as by default we were offering free shipping to these zones which isn't sustainable. The app did all this easily. We had a minor setup issue but Wiktoria in customer services pointed out my mistake and had us up and running very quickly. Would definitely recommend the app.

This app has helped us to charge the correct delivery cost for different regions, especially UK offshore addresses. We did come across a problem with the set up but I have to say that the support I received from Wiktoria at Octolize was outstanding.

Great tool to split out different Shipping costs for regions within in Zones and ensure we are managing our costs with our couriers. Octolize team were quick to respond to our questions and put in some improvements in the way we had implemented. Quick and easy solution.

Hands down the most advanced shipping app I’ve found on Shopify. It allows you to set up shipping rates using complex conditional logic, yet the setup remains incredibly clear and easy to understand. Very friendly and polite support. The app allows us to charge remote rates for DHL Express. The app has a design which allows large numbers of zip codes -something other apps don't have. Support helped us to import more than 100,000 zip codes from the DHL online PDF file. I could not have done this myself. Support is considering how to automate the zip code upload process.
