ShipZip Shipping Rates & Rules

Outstanding Shipping App & Exceptional Customer Service – Highly Recommended! Ship Zip Shipping App We have been using Ship Zip Shipping & Rates for over 3 years in Australia, and our experience has been outstanding. Our Shopify e-commerce business is diversified, with complex shipping requirements and multiple product categories, making shipping rates and customisation quite challenging. After ex...

Ankit, was very helpful and professional. Was able to seamlessly fix my issue which was a relief.

We have been using this app for over 2 years now and the support team are awesome. They are always happy to help us working out a solution to complex shipping rules.

ShipZip handles delivery rules nothing else could, and the team backs it up We sell bulk landscaping materials and our delivery logic is very specific: each material travels on its own truck, a load caps at 8 m³, quantities are per cubic metre, one product only gets charged when it ships on its own, and we run three postcode zones at different base rates. ShipZip is the only app we found flexible...

Amazing team & support

Excellent app that does exactly what we need. We've been using it to manage complex UK shipping rates based on postcodes, and it works really well. We recently contacted support about a postcode-matching issue, and the team responded quickly, identified the problem and resolved it efficiently. They were knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Great functionality backed by excellent c...

Great support from the ShipZip team! Sid Kevadiya helped me configure the Condo / Apartment Delivery option with a $3.99 CAD charge. The setup is working as expected, and the support team guided me through the process. I appreciate their quick assistance and helpful service. Recommended!

Support where on that call for help within minutes! They got to work and had it sorted out really quickly and clearly. Fantastic service.

We have only used the basic plan of this app for two years and it works so well we put it onto our new shopify store. Had a problem and sent a message on a Sunday and got a reply in an hour with a working solution. Perfect.

Nice!

Excellent app, with many features. Support is very fast and helpful.

I cannot fault Cirkle Studio LLC. Quick response time. I highly recommend ShipZip shipping app. Does everything we need. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much.

It is definitely a complex system to start out on, but the help line is efficient and quick in solving issues! Edit to add: I was struggling with how to set up a new system and the customer support was TOP NOTCH! Sid went out of his way to set up a call with me and talked me through all the different features and how to set up my specific (very confusing) scenario. I cannot recommend them enough.

Thanks for the great service

Very fast and helpful response!

Super app on peut personnaliser pour différents marchés, avec plein de conditions si on a des produits avec des poids ou volumes différents. Facilement connectable à Sendcloud pour la carte des Point Relais. Service client disponible hyper rapidement.

Very helpful customer service, the guys are Cirkle studio have been nothing but helpful when I've asked about complex conditional shipping rates. I couldn't recommend them more.
