My first UX tracking app used on shopify and I like it. I worked with hotjar, crazy orange and other on my wordpress sites and this one is very similar and provide all the option needed. I liked the free limited access which is not offered at this level on many other shopify apps

Tive um problema de pagar o app e ele não funcionar direito, então desinstalei o app e quando fui instalar novamente estavam me cobrando novamente. Entrei em contato com o suporte, leram meu comentário, não responderam e sairam do chat. Não recomendo!

Price/quality is ok. Its low price, low quality compared to other options like LuckyOrange. I had a basic plan 9.90 per month and decided to switch to a free plan. Standard billing practice is to retain access to premium features till the end of billed period. But, in this case, even though i had paid for a full month and switched before the end - my premium features were cancelled immediately....
