Using line item, shipping, and payment scripts you can implement custom logic and tailor the user experience during a customer’s checkout journey.Scripts are enabled on a store’s checkout by using the Script Editor app. Since the app hosts scripts you’ve created on Shopify’s servers, they can affect the cart and checkout at a fundamental level without the need of third-party apps or externally hosted plugins.Note: This app is only available to Shopify Plus customers. I don't get all the bad reviews. This thing is *powerful* - but you need a basic grasp of programming if you want to get serious and combine multiple scripts. This alone is worth the upgrade to Shopify Plus. We've solved a bunch of stacked discounting and item purchase limits we could just never do (or had to hack with inefficient Javascript) - all of which are going to greatly affect our conversi...

This is a super powerful tool! It allows you access to features otherwise inaccessible in Shopify. For those who are complaining you can only run 1 script at a time - you can create multiple "campaigns" within a script. Each campaign is basically a totally different script so you can accomplish different things at once. There is a character limiter on the script editor so you can't have a million...

First off - the app IS free. And it works very well. A lot of the negative feedback are from people who are on different plans which if you read, is clearly stated that it's for use with Shopify Plus. In any event, we have the app running conditional discounts and conditional shipping rates which have been flawless and consistent. Pretty happy this far!

Good app with strong functionality for Shopify Plus members, but no compatibility with gift cards which doesn't make sense to me.

Simply amazing! One word of warning... we can have very large cart sizes so be cautious and develop your scripts with this in mind or you may find they exceed the CPU limit and will cause exceptions.

Great work with this app for conditional checkout. I placed a code for prevent placing order with some conditions and it works. >>> Hope they can provide to write code in PHP language as well. Right now you have to write code in Ruby!!

We love the Scripts Editor and use it all the time to give us the edge on advanced Discounting and Shipping Hacks. Only problem is sometimes, randomly, it doesn't work and breaks our orders. Once we can address that - 5 stars.

They do not even bother to answer questions. Expecting more from Shopify, when you see what you pay !

If you uninstall the app without deleting the scripts first, the discounts will still be applied as if you have done nothing and reinstalling the app won't help you. Enjoy trying another bulk/custom pricing app and watching the discounts duplicate. Now I get to spend some quality time with support figuring out what went wrong.

Very very limited API available, you can control very little. Also you can only publish ONE script per category at once! But I suppose it's better than nothing - just. Also, only Ruby - eww.

This app is no good it does work at all. Also, Shopify was unwilling to help whom we pay tens of thousands of dollars per year in being a plus multiple websites user of capital, etc member very disappointing I expect more very disappointing

Even the simplest requirements for an e-commerce store system can't be solved by Shopify in the standard version and you need the much too expensive Plus Plan. It's absolutely shameful that you need an app for everything.
