While SaleHoo is connected to Shopify, it is actually not connecting to Alibaba since May so when an order comes through, it doesn't automatically process the order. You have to manually submit an order directly on alibaba and ship to your customers yourself. But because Shopify is connected to Salehoo, Shipping Notification emails are disabled. I had a disappointing experience with Salehoo. Not only did I get charged by Shopify for my Salehoo subscription, but Salehoo claims they didn't receive the payment. i am being charged for this app which i have cancelled...what is going on? Please cancel whatever charge you are charging me.

Did a search for the products I wanted, they said yes we have them all but you need to pay for a years subscription. Lucky I found a $1 for 7 day trial beforehand. So I signed up and did a search again for those products and it keep showing me other products. Total BS!
