Acerca de RiffRoff Loyalty and Rewards
RiffRoff runs referral programs inside Shopify admin. Customers share links; eligible friends get expiring, single-use first-order discounts. After the first paid order clears the merchant’s hold, RiffRoff issues one advocate store-credit reward. Merchants set discounts, rewards, minimums, expiry, hold, and review thresholds. Merchants can review referred orders, reward status, and payout exceptions in one place. Refunds reverse unearned rewards and update referral records.
