Revova lets merchants build custom review forms and assign them by product tag, type, or collection — so customers answer questions relevant to what they actually bought. Each form supports custom fields: sub-ratings, dropdowns, scales, text inputs, and photo or video uploads. Reviews flow into a moderation queue with AI-assisted reply suggestions, sentiment analysis, and auto-generated review summaries. Post-purchase emails request reviews automatically after fulfillment.
