Easily one of the the worst apps I have used in all my years on Shopify. Feels like it was built by someone who has never used a Shopify store or ran a business. In the process of transitioning to a new app now. Stay away.

Their Product Reviews Widget in Horizon theme has bugs that make it overall not functional for mobile. Terrible experience for €45/month Honestly, this service is extremely disappointing for the price. You pay €45/month and in return you get a platform with basically no real support. They allow you to import reviews from other platforms only after subscribing to the €45 plan, and even then the import is done poorly, accents and special characters disappear, making everything look unprofessional....

Migration support is non-existent. Tried migrating 500 reviews over from JudgeMe and keep our Google syndication intact, but all features were completely blocked and support wouldn't help. Off to YotPo we go..
