I have tried many upsell apps and actually used ReConvert on a previous store. I don't know why I did't start with this app - it does everything I could wish for with an upsell app. Specifically: - The setup was insanely easy with the AI setup. I signed up for what I understood to be a free trial. Shortly after, €133.78 was charged to my account without any clear warning. I have not used the app once. I emailed customer support asking for a refund and confirmation of cancellation. I have still not received any response.

I installed the app because I wanted to try the free plan! Then they started charging me a monthly fee without my knowledge, even after I deleted the app, and it's still happening!!!

This app is a complete scam, they charge you extra if you make a lot of orders even though they have not done anything for these orders. I have made 1200 sales this month - this app only generated 40. Yet they charged me for $150. I would give 0 STARS if I could.
