I have an issue with product mapping and got on a chat. I was shocked when it was an actual person on the other end. Ruth was great. She took ownership to resolve my issue and even though it's not currently resolved, she committed to send me a follow up email this afternoon on it's status.

Books deposits that don't match your bank, and support can't fix what their own tool breaks. Forced off the legacy integration (which worked for years) in June. Since then: every payout containing an edited or foreign-currency order books to QuickBooks at the WRONG amount -- the connector uses the pre-edit/authorized order total instead of what Shopify actually captured and deposited, so bank reco...

Intuit sunset the Onesaas connector in favor of a new one, which is a major degradation of service. The new connector is extremely limiting and customer service is way worse than it used to be ever since they started firing employees in favor of investing in crapy AI services. Now I have to manually import transactions. I would give this negative stars if possible.

This connector breaks CONSTANTLY. We have to create cases with QBO at least 3-4 times a month. Shame this app is still available, it simply sucks and is NOT reliable.
