Fantastic app with outstanding customer support! We use Printout Designer for our Shopify store, Tuttebelle, and we couldn't be happier! What truly makes this app stand out, however, is the exceptional customer support provided by Radovan Dzivy. Radovan has been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. He responds quickly, listens carefully to our requests, thinks along with us, and...

Great technical support. If I can't figure out how to show some fields, i.e. Shopify store credit used, payment charged, the team is able to add that for me. Saved me time digging around.

— Nature's Flavors

We're really happy with the tool. We have customized packing lists and they come out of the printer automatically. Really useful!

Great product with amazing ability and helpful options. The support team are also 10/10 - we have built an incredibly efficient fulfilment system on the back of the functionality of the Printout Designer app. Just ask the team how they can solve your challenge and they are onto it. Highly recommend.

Fusion Scale Graphics has had the pleasure of utilizing this Shopify app for custom packing slip design and automatic printing for several years. The app's user-friendly interface and versatile features for creating packing slips have significantly enhanced our operational efficiency. The ability to fully customize packing slips to meet our branding requirements has been both straightforward and...

2024 update I cannot recommend this app enough. We have used it for years now and they NEVER let us down. Their customer service is hard to beat. They always help way beyond what you would expect. Their system works perfectly, and it is easy to use on your own without involving them if you don't want too. This app is very user friendly and if you can't figure it out they will help you quickly. W...

This app is fantastic and worth every penny. I run a 3D print on demand store. Before I started using this app, I had to check each order and track all the parts that needed printing. I use Printout designer to generate custom sheets when an order is place with all the needed info as well as trackable links. It has reduced so much busy work and really optimized my workflow.

— Mall Metal

Absolutely love this app. Super flexible and great for automation, does exactly what we need for a Florist business with a large amount of custom orders to pick and pack every day. The main user of it day-to-day in the business is an older gentleman with no complaints or issues. Support is super fast and helpful. Highly recommend.

Very rubbish products, the staff can not help me solve any problems, deliberately pretend not to see my problems, can not solve any problems, is the most rubbish products and services I have ever seen, I am very angry, I give up this product, really make me very angry!!

— SQ Stores

The reproduction of documents in this tool works very well. However, you cannot necessarily rely on the automations. A minus point is the support, which takes a very long time to respond and is inflexible. To date, we have not been able to solve problems that have existed for several months. Another minus point is the staggering of the price plans. We process slightly more orders per month than ar...

Not great at all. Sluggish designer, tests don't work, rules don't work. wasted hours of my life trying to get it to work.

— Benchdog Tools

They ask 100$ for customer support requests. And it's a shame really. Very disappointing from them. It's not like we are free customers. Edit: A lie mentioned in their reply here which I would like to point out. Here they are mentioning that the fees is in case of custom fonts. But in the email they mentioned the fees is also for the google fonts. After I gave them a 1 star they told me I was wron...
